Workshops:
If you cancel after having made a payment, there will be no credit issued.
Payment
To guarantee a spot in a workshop or a class, payment in full is required. All workshops are on a first come first serve basis. All fees are non refundable.
6 – 12 week Private Sessions
There will be $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 4 weeks prior to the lessons start date. Any other cancellations prior to the scheduled classes are non refundable. No class credits will be given.
Missed Classes:
24hrs notice is required for a missed class. An email with confirmation of receipt, or a phone call is required for a cancellation. Each student is allowed one industry related absence during a 6 week cycle (ie: audition/record session) If the child is seriously ill, a doctors note is required. Make up classes are based on Sunday’s schedule and availability, so will be made up at a later date. Any other missed class will not be made up. Ex) spontaneous holiday.
